Ghost Gaming has completed its VALORANT roster with Danny “huynh” Huynh. Huynh recently competed with the team during VALORANT Champions Tour NA Stage 3 Challengers 1 open qualifier. The team is also currently competing in the Nerd Street Gamers Summer Championship.
Huynh is a seasoned VALORANT player best known for his time on Gen.G. Huynh joined Gen.G in May 2020. He was an essential part of the roster that came in third place in the VCT Masters 1 tournament. The team struggled in Stage 2, however. They did not qualify for Challengers 1 or 2 in Stage 2, and Huynh was benched in April.
Huynh was eventually dropped in June. He joined Ghost Gaming in July and has finally become an official part of its VALORANT roster. The team won two matches in the VCT Stage 3 Challengers One open qualifier but were eliminated by T1.
Ghost Gaming did not qualify for VCT Stage 3 Challengers 1, but they will have another opportunity to fight for a spot in the Challengers Playoffs. The team is currently competing in the Nerd Street Gamers Summer Championship and has won its first three games. They will face Fenrir in the quarterfinals later today.
Huynh is now an official member of the Ghost Gaming VALORANT roster and is an excellent permanent addition to the team. If Gen.G can slightly improve their performance in the rest of Stage 3, they have an excellent chance of making it to Masters 3 Berlin.
The Ghost Gaming roster is as follows:
