Yet another well-known esports organization has decided to try its wits in Valorant. Gambit Esports has completed its very own Valorant roster from the CIS region.

Gambit Enters Valorant With a Russian Squad

Composed of a fully Russian squad, Gambit Esports has gone full out with its Valorant roster. The squad is combosed of five players, a coach, as well as an analyst. Even the likes of G2 did not bring on board an analyst, nor a coach (as of yet). Gambit’s fresh Valorant roster looks as follows:

  • Timofey “Chronicle” Khromov
  • Bogdan “sheydos” Naumov
  • Nikita “d3ffo” Sudakov
  • Danila “Sunset” Soloviov
  • Ayaz “nAts” Akhmetshin
  • Andrey “engh” Sholokov (coach)
  • Vladimir “k1n3c7” Baklunob (analyst)

The trio of nAts, Chronicle, and Engh have been tied with a successful organization-less squad named FishkaVTom, winning such events as Dell Gaming Cup, or Logitech G Beyond Tournament. Sharp-Clan was another org-less team that d3ffo was part of most of the time in his Valorant career up to this day. Sunset, however, is a former Apex Legends player that competed for the Gambit banner. Before joining his former organization once more, he was part of Aeris since June. Lastly, sheydos competed under one org-less team banner since late June, Team xz. Despite his team having mediocre placements at tournaments, Gambit saw potential in sheydos and so brought him on board to complete the roster.

Gambit’s first Valorant event will be at GLX Elite Series. The event kicks off on September 5, and will see the likes of forZe and BIG.
