G2 Esports add AvovA, koldamenta, and nukkye to Valorant roster

The roster shuffle-mania is in full swing now as we’re seeing more moves by the minute in the competitive Valorant world. Following G2’s decision to drop three players, the team has filled those three spots rapidly. G2 Esports has acquired Jose Luis “koldamenta” Aranguren Herrero, Auni “AvovA” Chahade, and Žygimantas “nukkye” Chmieliauskas.

G2 Esports Reborn

G2’s newest additions are quite the firepower. All of the new players have tasted great victory on the Valorant scene. AvovA and nukkye have come from Team Heretics, the winners of European First Strike, as well as the runners-up of Masters 1 in Europe. Furthermore, the Spaniard, koldamenta, hails from Acend — the team that beat Heretics to become champions of Masters 1. Combined with G2’s finest, namely Óscar “mixwell” Cañellas Colocho and Jacob “pyth” Mourujärvi, the new G2 team looks fierce.

G2 Esports will be looking to join the fight in qualification for Valorant Champions Tour Masters 3 in Berlin. After missing out on both, Masters 1 and Masters 2 in Reykjavik, hopes are high that this time around G2 will step up to the occasion.

The reformed G2 Esports roster is now comprised of the following players:

  • Óscar “mixwell” Cañellas Colocho
  • Jacob “pyth” Mourujärvi
  • Luis “koldamenta” Aranguren Herrero
  • Auni “AvovA” Chahade
  • Žygimantas “nukkye” Chmieliauskas
