A rebuild for Alliance VALORANT is on the horizon. It was announced by General Manager James “BanKs” Banks that the organization is looking to trial Duelists and Controllers to begin rebuilding the VALORANT team. With incredible players across the likes of Dota 2, Apex Legends, PUBG, and VALORANT, they should have no problem finding top tier players to trial.
The team recently lost one player as Elric “juseu” Belland’s trial period ended with no contract offer from the team. The exits don’t stop there, however. Shortly after the announcement was made concerning Alliance roster’s rebuild, Thomas “kAdavra” Johner let it be known that he is moving to the bench.
In a Twitlonger, kAdavra essentially thanked the team for the opportunity to play and that he is still under contract but able to field offers. That leaves the roster consisting of only three players:
It can only be assumed that the three of them are staying put with the announcement mentioning just two open spots.
The team got off to a hot start at the beginning of the year, qualifying for the Europe Stage 1 Masters Event. From there, they made it to the Closed Qualifier of the Europe Stage 3 Challengers 1, but haven’t found much success aside from that. It makes sense that the team is looking to rebuild.
Of course, it won’t be a full rebuild with the three members more than likely remaining on the Alliance roster. The possibilities are endless on who could trial with them in the Duelist and Controller roles. Tweet at us who you think would make a good fit for the team.
